Tom resides in Nassau, Bahamas. He has a vast amount of experience in the global meat trading industry. In addition to his duties as President, Tom still actively uses his trading expertise in the Asian and African markets.

Jeff Clarke – Managing Director

Jeff is a former Vice President Sales of Canada’s major meat processing company. In addition to the general management, Jeff will be responsible for strategizing solutions that add value to our customer and supplier base.

Hugo Michel – Trading Director

Hugo has grown up in the meat industry, and has a vast amount experience in trading. He uses his knowledge both in poultry and pork in the trading activities primarily for Eastern Europe. In addition to trading Hugo also oversees the trading activities.

Paul Remington – Director

Paul is a seasoned trader, who has over 16 years in the industry. He has experience in multiple proteins, and is recognized as one of the leaders in the Russian market. In addition to his principle trading markets of Russian and Africa, he also assists in trader development

Martin Lavoie – Trading Manager Asia

Martin is a former vice president with Canada Pork International. He has been a true advocate of the Canadian pork industry and has a vast amount of expertise in marketing around the world, including a true understanding of market access related issues.

Landry Houndolo – Senior Trader Africa and North America

Landry is a leader in the African markets, and focuses his efforts in this market and North America. A native of Contonou, Benin, Landry holds a MBA.

I-Chun Cheng – Trader Asia

I-Chun is responsible for developing the pork, poultry and beef markets in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. A native of Shanghai, China, I-Chun is fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin. I-Chun has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.

Qiang Han – Trader Asia

Qiang is mainly responsible for developing our business in Taiwan and Vietnam. A native of Shanxi China, he holds a degree in agriculture economics, and is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Toula has been in the shipping industry for over 20 years, and is responsible for supervising all the logistic type functions for the company.

Mike Brady – Logistics Coordinator

Mike has been in the shipping industry for over 20 years. He is responsible for coordinating export and import loads with suppliers, truckers and shipping lines. Mike has a bachelor of commerce degree.

Stanislav Goldobin – Logistics Coordinator

Stanislav is a native of Kazakhstan, and assists in the coordination of our logistic activities. He is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Spanish.

Kristom has a direct affiliation with the Sam Won trading company in South korea. Sam Won has over 8 years of selling and distribution of pork and beef in South Korea, and has an established sales and distribution base.
